Silver Falls Harvest Ride - 2005
It's that time of year again. Our annual Silver Falls Harvest ride. About 70-75 miles, 3700 feet of elevation gain, donuts & hot cider at the Silver Falls lodge, lunch overlooking the creek in Silverton. 7:30 would be the desired departure time -- wouldn't need headlights at that time.
This will leave us with the optimum amount of day light for unexpected events like crashes and tandems breaking chains on an uphill! Looks like I'll be riding the tandem again, Angela's no where near ready for a ride like this, though Di swears she is, and will be, doing this ride!
No confusing Savings Time this year, either! Hope the weather is better than the Peach!
